America First Credit Union was recently ranked Utah’s No. 1 credit union, on Forbes Best-In-State Credit Union listing. Forbes and market research partner Statista surveyed more than 25,000 customers to create a list of the Best-In-State Banks and Credit Unions. Rankings were based upon overall satisfaction, encompassing five criteria (trust, terms and conditions, branch services, digital services and financial advice). America First received a final score of 84.35, edging out the other four credit unions listed for the state of Utah.

“We take great pride in knowing that our members are satisfied with our services at America First,” said John Lund, CEO of America First Credit Union. “This ranking is a testament to our outstanding employees. It is wonderful to be recognized in the communities we serve.”

Forbes also performed another study with Statista to find America’s best employers. Out of the top 500 midsize companies, categorized as businesses with 1,000 to 5,000 employees, America First ranked No. 64. To determine these rankings, 30,000 anonymously surveyed Americans were asked to rate how likely they would be to recommend their employer to others and to nominate organizations in industries outside their own.
