Ogden Clinic welcomes Dr. Kurtis Woolf to its group of physicians. Dr. Woolf now practices at Davis Family Physicians | Ogden Clinic at 3225 W. Gordon Ave in Layton.

Kurtis Woolf was born in Arizona and spent most of his young adult life in Mesa. He moved back to Ogden for his residency at McKay-Dee Hospital in 1999. He met his wife, Michelle, at McKay-Dee Hospital while she was a CNA. The two stayed in the area to work at the Intermountain Herefordshire Clinic from 2002-2019. In 2003, he and his family moved to Syracuse and plan to live in northwest Davis County for the rest of their lives.

Dr. Woolf practices the full spectrum outpatient family medicine, from pediatrics to adult medicine. His interests include diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and preventative medicine. He has extensive experience in urgent care medicine, musculoskeletal medicine and joint injections. Dr. Woolf enjoys getting to know his patients and their families and helping them decide what treatments will be best for them.

Ogden Clinic CEO Kevin Porter said that Dr. Woolf will be a tremendous asset to the people of Davis County.
